Discreet packaging

Every order is sent in a plain box or envelope, and the sender is shown as Ashtech Innovations, so nobody will know what's inside or where it's from.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, are dispatched on the next working day (Monday).

UK delivery

UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more, applied automatically at checkout. For smaller UK orders you can choose:

  • Standard (EVRi), 2-3 working days: £4.29
  • Express next working day (EVRi Next Day): £5.29
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2-3 working days: £5.69
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24, 1-2 working days: £6.79

Some areas (AB, DD, FK, TD and PH postcodes, Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, and the Isles of Scilly) are delivered by Royal Mail and can take an extra working day. Next-day services aren't guaranteed, but almost all arrive the next working day. All delivery times are estimates.

EU delivery

We deliver to all 27 EU countries. EU delivery is £18.99 for parcels up to 2kg and takes 3-10 working days. Parcels over 2kg are £30. You may have to pay import duties or taxes on delivery. Free delivery over £50 applies to UK orders only. We don't currently deliver outside the UK and EU.

Tracking

All orders are tracked. We'll email you tracking details once your order has been dispatched, so please make sure you give us a valid email address. If your order is sent with EVRi, you can choose to divert it to a ParcelShop from the tracking email.

Addresses we can't deliver to

We don't deliver to prisons, schools or churches, and our checkout automatically filters these addresses out. EVRi doesn't deliver to PO Boxes, so please choose Royal Mail if you need delivery to a PO Box. If you think your address has been blocked by mistake, please contact us at sales@tootyfruit.com.

Undeliverable parcels

If your parcel comes back to us as undeliverable (for example because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or nobody being available to receive it), we'll email you to arrange what happens next.
